Tammy-Anne is an experienced international motivational presenter and a qualified Educational Neuroscience specialist teacher & accredited Social-Emotional Learning trainer, with 8 years of mixed-grade classroom teaching experience across Australia.
Todd is also an experienced international motivational presenter with over 7 years of self directed learning in the fields of meditation & mindfulness, yoga, nutrition and movement. He also has over 5 years teaching experience from young teenagers to adults.
Together we have 16 years of self-directed study, qualifications & experience in the fields of well-being, education, health & fitness, holistic living, psychology and neuroscience between us.

Tammy-Anne is a qualified and highly experienced teacher, who specialises in taking the latest Brain-Science & Psychology and putting it into easy-to-understand formats and simple daily practices, so we can benefit from this knowledge in our everyday lives. Tammy-Anne & Todd have over two decades of self-directed study in the fields of well-being, education, health & fitness, holistic living, psychology and neuro-science between them.
We recommend printing the journal activity each day as our brains are able to retain a lot more information when we write and draw by hand as opposed to typing on a computer. You could also just write the answers from the journal activity into your own journal/notepad to save printing each day.
